Areas we cover
Builders inRuislip.
Ruislip Lido and the surrounding Ruislip Woods — one of the largest areas of ancient woodland in London — define the northern boundary of HA4, and the residential development that followed the Metropolitan Railway's arrival in 1904 produced the Metroland semi-detached and detached houses that now fill the streets between Ruislip, West Ruislip, and Ruislip Manor stations. The 1920s and 1930s semis are a near-identical form to those in Pinner and Stanmore, making rear extensions and hip-to-gable loft conversions the two most requested projects TB&D Construction receives in the area. Full kitchen refits, full bathroom refits, and full house renovations are also common on the older pre-war detached stock, with boiler installation handled by Gas Safe registered partners. TB&D Construction was established by Arturs Otto.

FAQ
Commonquestions, Ruislip.
- The 1920s–1930s Metroland semis between Ruislip, West Ruislip and Ruislip Manor stations have the same hipped-roof geometry as those in Pinner and Stanmore, making hip-to-gable conversion the standard loft approach. Most fall under permitted development. TB&D handles the lawful development certificate, party-wall notice and full build from structural calcs to Building Regulations sign-off.
