Do you supply the paint, or do I?

Either works. We have trade accounts with Farrow & Ball, Little Greene, Paint & Paper Library, Edward Bulmer and Dulux, saving 15–20% on retail. If you've already bought paint, we'll use it. Our quote always lists supply and labour separately.

Question 2

Can you work in an occupied home?

Accepted Answer

Yes, routinely. Dust sheets, tidy tools, proper ventilation, low-VOC paints on request. Most clients stay home throughout. We work one room at a time, leaving the rest of the house usable, and we tidy down at the end of each shift.

How long does it take to paint a room?

Accepted Answer

A typical London sitting room (walls + ceiling + trim, in good condition) is a 2–3 day job. Needs-prep rooms (cracks, peeling paint, wallpaper stripping) add 1–2 days. We quote on a per-room basis after the site visit so there's no surprise.

Do you hang wallpaper?

Accepted Answer

Yes — hand-printed, textured, and traditional wallpapers. A feature wall is typically 1–1.5 days. A whole room including prep and lining paper is 2–3 days. We work with Little Greene, Farrow & Ball, Cole & Son, de Gournay and independent British makers.

Do you do exterior painting?

Accepted Answer

Yes — sash windows, front doors, render, masonry, and iron railings. Exterior work needs proper prep (stripping, filling, priming) and the right weather — we'll schedule around it. A typical London terrace facade repaint is 1–2 weeks including scaffolding if needed.

Can you match existing paint colours?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If you still have the tin, perfect. If not, we can colour-match on the spot at any major paint merchant or spectrometrically match at a Farrow & Ball / Little Greene dealer. Cost of the match itself is negligible; it's included in the job.
