Replacing units in the same layout is usually 2–3 weeks. A full kitchen refit with new worktops, appliances and decorating runs 4–6 weeks. A kitchen extension with knock-through and new glazing can take 10–16 weeks including structural work. We agree the timeline before we start and stick to it.

Yes. We handle the full build: structural calcs, planning (if needed), steel beams, new glazing (including Crittall-style doors), roofing, and the kitchen fit-out itself. Most rear extensions in London fall under permitted development so no planning is required — we'll confirm on the site visit.

Absolutely. If you've already engaged a designer or architect we work directly from their drawings. If you haven't, we can recommend trusted partners we've worked with for years. Either way the build is coordinated by a single TB&D project manager — you have one phone number for everything.

Can I keep my existing appliances?

Accepted Answer

Yes, if they fit the new layout and are safe to install. We'll assess on the site visit and tell you honestly if something is past its useful life. Integrating existing appliances into bespoke cabinetry is no problem — we measure around what you want to keep.

Accepted Answer
